Reffo is built and hosted on third-party platforms, including but not limited to Base44 for application hosting and Stripe for payment processing. Your use of the App may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of these providers.

2. Eligibility

To use Reffo, you must:

• Be atleast 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction)

• If under 18, have permission from a parent or legal guardian

• Provide accurate information during registration

 

Reffo is intended for individual athletes, not organizations.

3. Our Services

Reffo provides athletes with a centralized digital platform to:

• Track recruiting communication

• Manage scholarship offers

• Organize school evaluations

• Set reminders and deadlines

• Store recruiting notes and personal insights

 

Third-Party Services

Reffo relies on external services—including Base44 (hosting), Stripe (payments), and other integrations.

 

These services:

• Operate independently

• Have their own terms and privacy policies

• May affect App availability

 

The Company is not responsible for outages, issues, or data handling practices of third-party providers.

 

4. User Responsibilities

By using Reffo, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and lawful information

• Use the App only for personal, lawful purposes

• Keep your login credentials secure

• Not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the App

• Avoid uploading highly sensitive information (e.g., Social Security numbers)

 

You are responsible for all data you enter into your account.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the App or website, including text, visuals, branding, features, and design, is the property of the Company.

Your personal recruiting data belongs to you, and you retain all rights to the information you upload.

 

6. Pricing & Payments

Reffo operates on a subscription basis.

 

By subscribing, you agree that:

• Payments are processed via a third-party provider (e.g., Stripe)

• Subscription fees automatically renew unless canceled

• You may cancel at any time

• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused services

 

Failure to complete payment may result in restricted or suspended access.

 

7. Termination

You may terminate your account or subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

 

We may suspend or terminate your access if

• You violate these Terms

• Payment is not received after reasonable notice

• You misuse or attempt to compromise the App

 

Upon termination, you may request a data export prior to account closure.

Your use of Reffo is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains.

9. Limitation of Liability

• This includes data loss, service interruption, or third-party outages

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim

• Base44 (hosting and infrastructure)

• Stripe (payments)

• Authentication or analytics services

 

Your use of these tools is subject to their terms.

12. Indemnification

To the fullest extent of the law, you shall fully defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its employees, representatives, officers or any other person who is an agent of the Company from any and all claims, lawsuits, demands, causes of action, liability, loss, damage and/or injury, of any kind whatsoever, including without limitation all claims for monetary loss, property damage, equitable relief, personal injury and/or wrongful death, whether brought by an individual or other entity, or imposed by a court of law or by administrative action of any federal, state, or local government body or agency, arising out of, in any way whatsoever, any acts, omissions, negligence, or willful misconduct on your behalf. This indemnification applies to and includes, without limitation, the payment of all penalties, fines, judgments, awards, decrees, attorneys’ fees, and related costs or expenses, and any reimbursements to Triad for all legal fees, expenses and costs incurred by it.
